The Las Vegas Turkey Shoot is a Stay & Play Tournament—if your team is accepted to the tournament, it is mandatory for your team to book all team and guest rooms through Las Vegas Sports Tournaments. Las Vegas Sports Tournaments will do their best to accommodate your team requests and preferences for hotel accommodations. When your team entry has been received and approved you may then book your hotel accommodations. It is imperative should you want a block of rooms they must be booked at the same time to guarantee reservations at the same hotel. Please be advised we will have all hotel accommodations available for booking Summer of 2008. Please sign up now by filling out below interest list information and we will email you once bookings are being accepted. Once the booking site is up all hotel choices, policies and submittal dates will be notated. We look forward to working with you and we are sure it will be another great tournament!

Refunds, Cancellations, Revisions
THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER October 1, 2008

All Cancellations or Revisions must be made prior to October 1, 2008, and must be addressed through our Customer Service Department by email at customerservice@lvst.info or  fax 702-222-2285. DO NOT contact the hotel.  Your email or fax must be received prior to 12am October 1, 2008.

All cancellations or revisions to bookings after your card has been processed and prior to October 1, 2008, are subject to a $25.00 penalty.

Last day for ANY name revisions is October 1, 2008
