On this page you will find all of the information you will need regarding our registration and financial policies and your responsibilities. As parents or guardians, you are making a commitment to pay all fees and dues. You will be expected to pay the fees when due in order to maintain your player’s status as a “player in good financial standing”. Those who fail to pay will have their player’s privileges to participate in practices, clinics, games, tournaments, and team activities suspended until their financial responsibilities are met. This policy will be enforced after any payment is over 30 days late and could result in your player’s card being pulled and suspended.
If you need additional time or you have difficulty paying the fees, it is your responsibility to contact NFC to make arrangements. Fundraising and sponsorships can be used to cover financial obligations as well. Scholarships are available on a limited basis and if a player qualifies, can be used to cover training fees only. Other fees incurred remain the obligation of the individual player. Any information related to personal finances will be kept in strict confidence.
Any fundraisers, donations or sponsorships credited to your player's or team's account will remain in their account for the year. If the player leaves Neusport or if there is a credit at the end of the year, the money will be transferred into the Neusport Scholarship Fund.

Once you are assigned to a Neusport team and have signed a commitment form (supplied to you by that team’s coach), you are responsible for paying registration and club fees through our on-line processing program linked below. Soccer Squirts Registration Form
Once a player has registered with NFC that player is financially committed to the Club and team for the entire seasonal year. A player may not leave NFC to join another soccer club until all outstanding financial obligations to Neusport FC and the team has been paid in full. Player season ending injuries and moves outside of Clark County will be considered on a case by case basis.
Injuries:
If a player is seriously injured or disabled and is unable to play or practice for more than 2 months, they are eligible for a refund for the time they are unable to play on a pro-rated basis. In order to qualify for a refund, a doctor’s note must be provided to the Club Administrator stating the type of injury and length of time the player is expected to be out.
Released Players:
If a player chooses to leave the Club for any reason at any time after signing, there will be NO refunds. Upon choosing to leave Neusport, your account must be paid up-to-date before a release will be signed.
Players added to the roster mid-season:
Players joining mid-season will be charged the full $190.00 registration fee regardless of when they sign during the soccer year. The training fees will be pro-rated depending on what time of the year the player joins.
